Cancellation Policy

Wellington Kids Inc. strives to accommodate many current and waiting clients. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations by phone or email. No-shows and last minute cancellations with less than 4 hours from the appointment will be billed the full amount. Appointments that are cancelled between 4-24 hours notice of the session will be billed a late fee of 60% appointment cost. This is to allow us to meet the needs of all of our clients.

 

For the health and safety of our staff and our clients, we also ask that you notify your therapist if your child or accompanying family member is ill. This includes but is not limited to a fever of 37.8oC or higher, coughing, influenza, strep throat, vomiting, head lice, among others that have been exhibited in the last 24 hours. Please consult with your therapist as soon as possible if you are unsure and they will provide you with further directions and the option to reschedule your session. If the session is unable to be rescheduled and you have not provided at least 4 hours’ notice, the session will be billed at 60% of the appointment fee.

 

No-shows will be billed at 100% of the appointment fee.

 

If you or your child has been advised to isolate or be tested for COVID-19, please let your therapist know as soon as possible to discuss your options.
